We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **Some Ad Manager publishers are unable to access their data transfer files through Google Cloud Storage (GCS) via their service accounts, and are receiving access-related errors.**
