The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. **We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a subset of publishers in the EMEA region. Impacted publishers may experience a decline in Ad Exchange match rates and revenue starting around March 29th.**
