Summary: Cloud SQL for MySQL is experiencing some issues with Systems and Query Insights metrics.
Description: Starting at 2023-10-31 10:53 AM US/Pacific, a subset of Cloud SQL for MySQL instances may intermittently be missing data for Systems and Query Insights metrics. Instances in the following regions may be impacted:
* asia-east1
* asia-east2
* asia-northeast2
* asia-northeast3
* asia-southeast1
* asia-south2
* europe-west1
* europe-north1
* europe-west3
* europe-central2
* northamerica-northeast1
* us-west2
* us-east1
* us-west1
* us-west4
The Cloud SQL engineering team is investigating and continues to work on a mitigation plan.
We will provide more information by Friday, 2023-11-03 12:00 US/Pacific.
Diagnosis: The data shown on the instance’s Systems Insights tab in Cloud Console may be incomplete. For example, graphs showing metrics for InnoDB log fsyncs stats may be missing samples.
Workaround: None at this time.
