Granicus Issue Notification: govService SIMA, OneView Core, OneView Dynamics

Granicus Support has confirmed that all impacted govService components—SIMA, OneView Core, and OneView Dynamics—have been restored to stable operation. Engineering teams will continue work on a product feature enhancement to provide a permanent resolution to the underlying issue.
Affected customers will be contacted individually this week to complete any remaining steps and ensure full-service continuity.

SIMA and OneView Core functionalities have been fully restored following recent disruptions. A hotfix for OneView Dynamics has been successfully deployed, addressing critical issues impacting email notifications and related services.

Please note that work to restore full OneLink functionality is still underway. Our teams are actively engaged in resolving the remaining issues and are committed to minimizing any further impact.
