Granicus Issue Notification: govService OneView incident

We have identified an issue affecting OneView Service Request exports. Customers may receive an "Access Denied" error when attempting to access export files through download links provided in email notifications. Our investigation determined that recent security enhancements impacted access to certain exported files. Engineering teams have identified the root cause and are implementing corrective changes to restore functionality while maintaining enhanced security protections. Some manually generated exports and scheduled report deliveries may be affected. Other OneView functionality remains operational. We will continue to provide updates as remediation efforts progress.
