GovAccess OpenCities customers may be encountering an External User Management issue that prevents access to Site Admin when access is controlled through Active Directory Single Sign On (SSO). Our Engineers are working to identify the root cause and resolve the issue. If you are encountering SSO login issues, we recommend using your Local User accounts to access Site Admin.
