The issue affecting CRM-to-Act-On synchronization has been resolved. Engineering identified and corrected the underlying cause, and synchronization services have been restored. Customers should now be able to successfully perform both scheduled and manual synchronizations between CRM and Act-On.

Granicus Engineering team is currently investigating an issue impacting the Act-On integration within the CRM platform. Customers using Act-On may experience failures with both scheduled and manual synchronisation of contact data between CRM and Act-On.

Subscribers who were opted out in Act-On will remain opted out and will not receive emails. However, subscriber record changes may not be reflected due to outdated contact lists. Recent contact additions, updates, preference changes, or removals may not appear in Act-On until the issue is resolved. Existing contact data and previously synchronised information remain intact, and there is currently no indication of data loss.

Our engineering teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal synchronisation functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
