We had to replace the underlying station of the remaining affected databases for stations in unaffected AZs in the eu-west-2 Region. All databases are now operational. We are going to monitor this closely over the next 24 hours.

AWS update: The root cause is a thermal event within a data center in the affected Availability Zone that we are working to resolve.
