A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently investigating an issue where customers with licensed zoom accounts are receiving a basic plan warning about the zoom meeting when scheduling interviews: “Your Zoom Basic plan has a 40 minute time limit on meetings with 3 or more participants”
We have identified an issue that is causing this warning to appear when it should not, and believe that interviews are still being scheduled with the licensed zoom account. We are working to deploy a fix to this issue.
