We are aware of an ongoing AWS outage in the us-east-1 region where AWS is reporting elevated error rates and degraded performance for a number of its services in that region. Because Grow depends on resources hosted in us-east-1, you may experience slow response times, time-outs, or sporadic failures when performing some operations.
Our team is monitoring the situation closely and will update this page as AWS restores normal service.

The AWS incident has been resolved and system performance has returned to normal.
We will continue to monitor the fix to make sure everything is stable.

AWS continues to update the us-east-1 incident status. While some services are improving, the issue has not yet been fully resolved.
