New Notifications are not sent

The incident has been resolved. We haven't seen any anomalies since the notifications functionality was restored. We noted that 33% of the notifications were not affected.

We are working on recovering the lost notifications for posts, comments, announcements, and mentions delivered via email and on Happeo (web and mobile). Unfortunately, we are not able to recover reaction notifications and all push notifications.

Please note that some users will receive the missing notifications later than expected.

A fix has been implemented to restore the notifications functionality. New notifications created after 1 April 2025 07:10:00 UTC are being successfully delivered via email, push, and notifications. We are working to find a solution to re-deliver the lost notifications during the outage.
