HashIO Contracts Query Issue

For users of Hedera DEXs, the problem affecting the Swirlds Labs’ Hashio JSON-RPC Relay during periods of high load has been resolved. The Swirlds Labs team has identified and addressed this issue with a new version of the relay, v0.23.1, which was released on May 10, 2023. The problem related to contract queries and transactions, specifically the response for ContactCallQuery, AccountInfoQuery, and EthereumTransaction.This impacted eth_call, eth_getTransactionCount submissions and some eth_sendRawTransaction instances from DApps, resulting in an error. During this period, Heliswap and Pangolin were both affected due to their reliance on the eth_call to properly retrieve contract data from the Hedera network. This resulted in “network is busy” error messages you may have encountered on those platforms. The Swirlds Labs team is actively working on enhancing the Hashio Service’s load and performance capabilities to help improve rate limits and ensure a better user experience for our community.
