Checklist custom fields are showing incorrect or missing data

Thanks for your patience. We have implemented a fix that ensures that our Checklist Text, Checklist Text (view-only), Checklist Completed, Checklist Progress, and Checklist Progress % are properly synced with the data displayed in our checklist issue panel.

We are presently observing the outcomes and will provide an update once the synchronization status of the Jira custom fields checklist is verified as stable.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented

An issue has been identified concerning our recently migrated Forge custom fields, wherein the 'Checklist Text', 'Checklist Text (View-Only)', 'Checklist Progress Text', and 'Checklist Progress Percentage' custom fields are displaying outdated information or no data at all.

We are presently conducting an investigation into the matter and will provide updates to this incident as new information becomes available. Instances where the Sync checklists to Custom Fields setting has been enabled may encounter stale or empty data in certain issues.
