The issue has been resolved and HeyTaco for MS Teams for all customers is operational.

The issue has been caused by Microsoft Teams outage on 9/4/2026. As a result, some HeyTaco for Microsoft Teams users are experiencing issues related to the original issue. This issue has been scoped to a small subset of customers and we are working with them directly to resolve it.
