We are currently investigating reports of a small subset of M365 Tenants are encountering issues about the Total Protection Outlook add-in is intermittently disappearing from customer environments and cannot be redeployed, neither automatically nor manually.
Initial analysis has not yet identified the root cause of the deployment issue, and the behavior cannot be reproduced in our testing environments.
To expedite resolution, we have opened a Severity A ticket with Microsoft for further insight into the underlying root cause. Our teams will continue to investigate in parallel, and we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Microsoft is able to replicate the issue.
The case has been escalated to Microsoft to provide a solution as fast as possible.
