During the incident, several services experienced disruptions, including:
- Backup generation and restoration processes
- SSL certificate installation
- WordPress-related actions performed via hPanel (e.g., WordPress installation, plugin management)
Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. All impacted services have since been restored and are operating normally.
