The issue is solved.
The issue has been fixed and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting WordPress admin panel availability and performance on some websites using the following third-party plugins:
RomeTheme for Elementor (rometheme-for-elementor)
RomeTheme Form (romethemeform)
This issue originates from the third-party vendor infrastructure and is not related to hosting platform availability or server performance.
Temporary workaround:
Log in to hPanel
Navigate to WordPress → Plugins
Deactivate the following plugins:
RomeTheme for Elementor
RomeTheme Form
Retry access to /wp-admin
Deactivating these plugins will not remove website content or configuration data. The plugins can be safely re-enabled once the upstream provider restores service availability.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
