The issue has been resolved. A fix has been applied and network capacity in the Asia region is fully restored — customers connecting through Singapore should see normal latency and no packet loss.
Our network team is monitoring performance to ensure everything remains stable, and we'll close this out shortly.

We're currently seeing reduced network capacity in the Asia region, which may cause intermittent packet loss and increased latency for some customers connecting through Singapore. Traffic is being rerouted across alternative paths while the issue persists.
