Outage Details

HUIT is investigating an error when logging into Harvard ServiceNow. After authentication, some users receive an error message saying "Security constraints prevent access to requested page." Users who are already logged in will remain logged in until your session times out due to inactivity.

Infrastructure reboot was successful in restoring logins to previously impacted applications.
