Following planned network maintenance, some Windows devices may need to reconnect to the Harvard Secure wireless network.
To do this:
Visit getonline.harvard.edu
Select ‘I have a HarvardKey’ and follow the onscreen prompts
For more detailed instructions, please visit Connect to Harvard Wireless
If you continue to experience issues connecting to the network, contact the HUIT Service Desk at 617-495-7777 or ithelp@harvard.edu.
