On Tuesday, July 7, we will be performing general maintenance to our application servers. Status pages and monitoring are expected to remain operational during the course of this maintenance. Generally, this update requires no action on the part of customers; however, please read below if you use IP whitelisting for our notification delivery servers.
Important: Delivery IP Changes
As part of this maintenance, our nine notification delivery servers will be assigned new IP addresses from our own address block (216.235.221.0/24). The addresses of deliveries.hund.io will be updated accordingly.
We recommend updating your firewall/whitelist to include 216.235.221.0/24, which will encompass all notification delivery server IPs moving forward. This new IP block is owned by Hund.io, and any future changes/additions to our delivery fleet will remain within this address block.
Note that this address change does not affect the IP addresses of our Native Monitoring servers. If you do not currently whitelist our delivery IPs, then you are also unaffected by this change.
