Brigance users are currently unable to reset their passwords. Users whose accounts were locked prior to this week's deployment will be unable to reset their passwords. If you are attempting it for the first time after the deployment, this functionality will work. Our team has identified the issue and is working on a fix, which we anticipate releasing early next week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
