We are currently investigating error messages impacting users. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as more information is available.

The i-Ready team has confirmed that error rates have subsided and user access has returned to normal. To mitigate the errors, we've temporarily disabled real-time reporting for the remainder of the day. As a result:

⦁ Time-on-Task for Personalized Instruction will not be reflected in the student dashboard or educator reports.

⦁ iReady Pro lesson completions will not appear in the Personalized Instruction reports.

Please be assured that no data has been lost and all reporting will be updated and restored after tonight’s nightly sync.
