ECDN - Remote Assistance feature is unavailable

We have an issue with the ECDN Remote Assistance server. ECDN-boxes can serve well but there is a red light on the dashboard that the servers health status is poor now because the remote assistance feature is not working at the moment.
We are currently working on recovering it.
