The recent service disruption impacting IBM Video Streaming has been fully resolved. All services are now operational following a successful recovery and verification process. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this incident.

The IBM Cloud team is slowly bringing services back up as stability tests are performed. IBM Video Streaming engineers are performing functionality tests on parts of the platform impacted. Many of the tests are successful and parts of the platform are now back up and working. Our teams will monitor the platform functionality across services as the IBM Cloud team continues with testing.

We will update this status page as we hear more from both IBM Cloud teams and IBM Video Streaming engineers.

We would like to inform our users that services on the IBM Cloud platform have started to recover. However, please note that the root cause of the disruption has not yet been officially confirmed as resolved by the IBM Cloud Team.
Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working with the team at IBM Cloud ensuring that restoration efforts are underway. IBM is working to ensure that all services are brought back online as quickly and reliably as possible.
