Our third-party service provider implemented a fix which seems to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as they become available.

As per the latest update from one of our third-party service provider, initial mitigation steps have been implemented and they continue to work on restoring service for application services customers.

Our initial investigation suggests that the intermittent issues observed across products and regions are due to global issues with one of our third-party service providers.
