Customer can follow the steps below to download a two-way SSL certificate:
1. Log-in to the webMethods.io Integration Portal.
2. Download the Client Certificate by navigating to User Profiles > Settings > Client Certificate page.
3. If you are using a two-way SSL for Hybrid connectivity, then please configure a new downloaded Client Certificate and update the tenant connection, enabling and disabling connections as necessary.
4. Utilize the newly downloaded Client Certificate for two-way SSL handshake invocations.
A fix has been implementated and we are monitoring the results.

We have observed that for certain WebMethods.io Integration customers, the two-way SSL handshake is failing. We are currently in the process of upgrading the certificate, which will necessitate affected customers to regenerate and utilize the new two-way SSL handshake certificate from the WebMethods.io Integration Portal.
