2025-07-17 14:01:37: We have been made aware that the APN/parcel number which pulls field 1894 is not generating on letter size version of the Deed of Trust HELOC (Securing Future Advances) for a handful of States. Our engineering teams are diligently working to resolve this issue.
Clients can use an alternative workflow and enter the APN into Legal description, field 1846.
Please review with your internal compliance team and decision makers.
