2025-09-17 12:29:33: ICE MT teams are actively investigating an intermittent issue affecting the visibility of orders submitted for Underwriting and Credit services. Specifically, there are instances where a successfully submitted order does not appear in the "All Services" screen in the Encompass Web interface, but has been processed correctly, and the associated report is delivered to the e-Folder as expected.
We will provide updates as more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, please verify the report in the e-Folder for the specific order submission.
