Encompass Web and Consumer Connect are now operating normally.++2025-10-03 19:25:49: Encompass Web is intermittently available while ICE teams continue with our deployment.++2025-10-03 19:00:40: ICE teams are taking measures to resolve a production issue with Encompass Consumer Connect. As a result of this, Encompass Web will be unavailable for a short duration from approximately 10pm ET through 11 PM ET. We will post an update once Encompass Web service is restored.
