2026-01-28 09:48:39: We are currently investigating latency and intermittent disconnects affecting the Encompass Desktop Interface.Users may experience issues logging in, delays when loading the pipeline, and slow navigation throughout Encompass.
Identified symptoms include:
500 timeout errors when accessing services
Login failures within the Desktop Interface
API timeout errors
