[INC-1101] Real-Time WAF Alerting Service Degradation

The issue affecting real-time WAF alerts has been resolved.

Following the implementation of a fix and a period of monitoring, we have confirmed that real-time WAF alert delivery has returned to normal operation. WAF protection remained fully operational throughout the incident, and traffic inspection and policy enforcement were not impacted.
