We have just been alerted to, and have mitigated, a problem with the zeuz service that was causing the scaler and the image publishing service to fail. From 04:40 UTC until 06:00 UTC the following services will have been impacted: - Scaler. No new (unreserved) payloads were created during this time. This may have impacted your game if payload reservations were high during this period. - Image Publishing. Zeuztool push_publish calls will have failed during this period. We have since mitigated the issue and these services are operational once more.
