We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the delivery of system-generated emails across Talent Suite, Onboard and BrassRing, including Forgot Password and New User/Account notifications.
The issue is impacting multiple clients across US and EU Stage and Production environments and has been identified as related to the underlying Microsoft email service.
Microsoft is actively investigating the issue. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
