Partial Outage: Access to Public Referrals Pages

The issues with public-facing Referrals pages have now been resolved. All access issues should now be resolved.

Some customers may be experiencing issues accessing public-facing Referrals pages. For these customers, Referral pages cannot be accessed by members of the public, whether through a direct link to the Referral page or via a Member’s personal referral link that they share on social media, email, etc.

This does not affect the ability of Members who are logged in to your AdvocateHub to access Referrals pages.

Our engineers are working on the issue and we will update the status as more information arrives.
