Issues uploading images to Challenges

Due to issues with one of our partners, images can not currently be uploaded to Challenges or Channels. This means that any new Challenge or Channel banners can not be added.
This is also preventing administrators from cloning Challenges and may also impact the ability for Members to upload images in 'Upload an Image' stages.
This outage does not affect any images that have already been uploaded.
We will continuously monitor for updates from our partner and update this page as we know more about a resolution.

This incident has now been resolved.
The problems with our partner's server have been resolved, and we are no longer seeing issues with image uploads.

Our partner continues to see a gradual improvement in performance, and image uploads in Influitive appear to be working again. We will continuously monitor the situation to ensure everything is working as expected.
