We have discovered an issue with the third-party service we use to send push notifications to users of the AdvocateHub mobile app and white-label applications. Members will still receive mobile app notifications related to new Challenges, Discussion replies, and other updates, but clicking on them may not lead them to the correct destination. This does not affect email notifications or notifications within AdvocateHub (i.e. the Notification bell). We are working on a solution now and will update this page with any progress.

The issue affecting mobile app notifications has now been resolved.

We have discovered an issue with the third-party service we use to send push notifications to users of the AdvocateHub mobile app and white-label applications.

Members will still receive mobile app notifications related to new Challenges, Discussion replies, and other updates, but clicking on them may not lead them to the correct destination.
