Partners will experience downtime as part of this exercise. Subscribers will be presented with a maintenance page.
Affected services will include: Member Portal, Customer Portal, Client Portal
Maintenance window: Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 6:30 PM MST - 9:30 PM MST.
Estimated downtime: downtime associated with this update may last up to 3 hours.
