The problem has been resolved and the processing of messages subject to the DLT regulation in the India region is once again fully operational. During the below-specified timeframe, customers that use Infobip's Customer Portal for DLT Entity and Template management (DLT Data Management module), instead of submitting DLT regulatory information though the HTTP/SMPP request, could have observed SMS messages rejected with status 4133 - EC_INVALID_TEMPLATE_ID.

Impact: Rejected SMS messages that are subject to India's DLT regulation
We are currently experiencing a degradation of our SMS service at our India data center.
You may observe that SMS messages are being rejected with error 4133 - EC_INVALID_TEMPLATE_ID even though DLT parameters are correct.
