Our Engineering Team has identified an issue with Quality Risk Management iOS mobile application. At this time, users may experience unable to upload reports from the mobile app. Our team has built a solution and is currently testing it to make sure the upload process is restored. We’ll provide another update once the fix is released.

Our Engineering Team has resolved this issue on uploading reports from QRM iOS mobile application. Affected users are advised to manually update to the latest app version from the App Store to ensure full functionality.
