Outage Details

After update to PHP tracer 2.1.1 PHP Tracer, customer may experience this error message. PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modules/instana.so Engineering is working on a fix. You may pinExtensionVersion to 1.19.0 to avoid this error until fix is available.

This incident is resolved.
Resolution - PHP Tracer 2.1.2 :
- Customers who are experiencing this issue should restart the agent for the fix to take immediate effect as of now.
- A sensor update has been pushed that will roll back customers on CentOS6 to 1.19.0.
- Pinned versions could also be un-pinned and agent restarted
