We've identified that our legacy Outlook integration may have been generating an unusually high volume of background requests to our systems, which we believe has been contributing to the performance issues. To protect our platform while we investigate further, we've temporarily blocked these requests as a precautionary measure.

It has also been observed that the performance issues are being seen in Activity, Organiser and Diary sections. Which may result in System Errors and a delay to workflow tasks being created.
