We are investigating an issue affecting Streamline Email Notifications where notification steps may not send as expected. Impacted workflows do not fail and may appear to complete successfully, but notification steps can silently fail to deliver notifications. SMS notifications are not impacted and are sending as expected. Our team is actively investigating the root cause. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.

A fix has been implemented for the issue affecting Streamline Notifications where notification steps were not sending as expected.

Workflows are now sending notifications correctly. SMS notifications were not impacted during this incident.
