This incident has been resolved. Connectivity to the affected ISP proxy endpoints in Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe has been restored and services are operating normally. Thank you for your patience.

We have identified the issue as an infrastructure failure affecting one of our upstream servers, which has taken the proxy endpoints serving Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe offline. Our upstream provider is working to restore the affected server. Proxies in all other regions remain unaffected, and we will share further updates as we learn more.
