The affected address ranges in the United States could not be restored by our upstream provider, so we replaced them with new capacity and moved affected customers onto new addresses. North America ISP and Datacenter services are operating normally. We are sorry for the length of this disruption.

The affected address ranges could not be restored by our upstream provider, so we have provisioned new address ranges and are moving affected customers onto them. Customers who were using the affected ranges will be issued new addresses. Service remains available for all other locations. We are monitoring the new capacity and will confirm here once all affected customers have been migrated.
