Outage Details

A subset of Ivanti Neurons for MDM customers using Android mobile devices are experiencing a degradation to the service. Excel and Word files accessed through the Docs@Work app may fail to open, and users may encounter license expired errors when attempting to open these documents. Ivanti Site Reliability Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information.
