Ivanti Cloud's Service Manager and Asset Manager (IAZ) production environment experienced connection errors for approximately 4.8 hours, with tenants receiving upstream connect/disconnect errors when attempting to access the application. Some users reported intermittent connectivity, with partial access restored for certain customers before full resolution. The issue self-resolved without a direct fix applied, and an RCA is pending publication on the Ivanti Hub.
