Incident Report
We have identified an issue affecting the delivery of outgoing emails. One of our third-party email service providers is experiencing a reputation issue with one of their IP addresses.
Using any of these DNS blocklists: spamrl.com, 0spam.org may cause a small percentage of emails sent from our platform to be flagged as spam or rejected by certain mail servers.
Our team is working closely with the provider to resolve the listing and restore normal delivery. In the meantime, we are working on a solution for sending outgoing emails over dedicated IP addresses to prevent this issue in the future.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have a resolution. Please note that this may take several days.
