We have identified what is the probable cause of the degraded performance.
Our main platform's database reached a threshold that requires immediate capacity scaling. Therefore we have decided to announce an emergency maintenance window, starting immediately.
During this emergency maintenance window, users will experience service disruption. We believe this emergency window to take approximately 15 minutes.
We will keep you posted.
