Email sending incident

From 12:30 PM to 2:25 PM (Sydney time) on 7 August 2026, our development team identified and has since resolved an issue where an incorrect "from" email address was briefly applied to certain emails sent via the JobAdder system.

All emails sent from the JobAdder system after the impacted period will have the correct "from" email address applied to them.

Not all emails sent during this timeframe were impacted and we are working urgently to identify any affected emails.

We encourage you to review emails sent from your account during the impacted window.

If you identify any emails which include the wrong “From” email address, please contact our support team (support@jobadder.com) and send through those details as this will help with our investigation.

Impact Update:
Following further investigation, our team has confirmed that the issue was limited to the following email types sent on the 7th August between 12:30 and 14:25 Sydney time.

-Bulk emails (messages sent to 20 or more recipients at once)
-Emails processed via JobAdder’s Event Scheduling feature.

Please note this issue has been resolved and all emails will be sent correctly from JobAdder.
